Hope The Mission

Hope The Mission is a faith-based nonprofit headquartered in North Hills, California, serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness across Los Angeles County and beyond. Through emergency shelters, Tiny Home Villages, transitional housing, recovery programs, job training, case management, and food distribution, the organization helps people move from crisis to stability and independence. With a mission to prevent, reduce, and eliminate poverty, hunger, and homelessness, Hope The Mission provides both immediate assistance and long-term solutions rooted in dignity and compassion.

To support this work, the design team conducted a comprehensive social media audit and developed a strategic communication system to strengthen consistency, engagement, and storytelling. The project focused on building a sustainable structure that staff could manage long term, including clearly defined content categories, messaging guidelines, and a weekly posting rhythm aligned with awareness months such as Poverty Awareness Month, American Heart Month, and National Nutrition Month.
